What I Can Bring To The Table

It’s not about changing who we are, it’s about finally getting to know who that is.

Late Diagnosed ADHD and Autistic

I lived for 45 years not knowing why I was different, just that I was and that life seemed so much harder for me than those around me. I’ve spent so much time and effort unlearning all the harmful coping mechanisms I picked up over my life and I know the struggle to learn how to live life in a more authentic and healthy way. The journey is tough and it’s hard to navigate it alone.

15+ Years as an Educator

I learned that not only do I have a passion for teaching, I’m pretty good at it too! I’ve taught classes at the University level, Middle and High School, Adults, Police Departments, and in so many other arenas. I’ve been a School District Administrator too, so I know how public education works from the top down from the inside. I maintain my grades 7-12 SC Teaching Certificate as current too.
