Professional Development
Interested in bringing me to your District, School, or Organization?
My Mission
My mission is to equip educators, professionals, and communities with the tools, training, and perspective needed to support neurodivergent individuals with respect, authenticity, and understanding. Through research-based strategies and lived experience, I deliver practical, neurodiversity-affirming professional development that empowers organizations to build inclusive environments. When systems are designed to support neurodivergent people, they become better for everyone.
Years of Expertise & Professionalism
With over 15 years of experience in education and teacher training, I’ve worked across a wide range of learning environments—from middle and high school classrooms to university lecture halls. I’ve taught everything from 6th to 12th grade, career and technology education, and teacher preparation courses.
In addition to classroom teaching, I’ve led professional development at the grade level, school level, and district level on topics including classroom management, instructional strategies, content-area pedagogy, and time-saving systems for busy educators. I’ve also presented at more than ten education conferences, many of which have invited me back as a recurring speaker.

Training Formats That Fit
Every school, team, and organization is different—so I offer flexible formats to meet your needs. Whether you’re looking for a single keynote, a hands-on workshop, or a collaborative series over time, we’ll build something that works for your goals and your people.
Formats I offer include:
- ✳️ Keynotes (in-person or virtual)
- 🛠️ Interactive Workshops
- 🧠 Strategy & Planning Sessions
- 👥 Small-Group Coaching for Educators or Staff
- 💻 Asynchronous Modules (coming soon)
- 🎯 Custom sessions tailored to your audience or topic
Not sure what you need yet? That’s okay. I’m here to help design something that fits.
What Guides My Work
My work is shaped by lived experience, years in the classroom, and a deep belief that professional learning should be practical, people-centered, and purpose-driven. I don’t offer cookie-cutter slideshows, I build experiences that feel relevant, real, and rooted in the needs of your learners and staff.
Core beliefs that guide every session I lead:
- 🔎 Research matters—but it needs to work in real life.
- 🤝 The best learning is collaborative and conversational.
- 💬 Neurodivergent voices belong at the center, not the edges.
- 🧩 There’s no one-size-fits-all—especially in education.
- 🌱 Empathy and clarity drive lasting change.
You’ll walk away with tools you can actually use, and new ways of thinking you’ll keep returning to.
