Individualized coaching centered on dignity, autonomy, and sustainability for Autistic, ADHD, & AuDHD individuals.
Support that focuses on real-life application, not just insight.
I’m a neurodivergent advocate, educator, and life coach with over 15 years of experience. As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) adult, I understand the profound gap between theoretical insight and daily implementation. I coach because I know how powerful it is to have support that doesn't just explain "why" things are hard, but builds the specialized systems and confidence needed to move through those challenges in real life.
My background in education allows me to bring a structured, pedagogical approach to coaching. We aren't just talking about your life; we are actively designing the tools, routines, and mental frameworks that respect your neurobiology and support your long-term autonomy.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
Let's see if we're a good fit.
Skills-based and future-focused support.
Coaching is skills-based and future-focused. It is not psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
You want practical tools, are ready to engage in problem-solving, and seek support with skills or routines.
You are seeking diagnosis, treatment, acute clinical support, or are not ready for skills-based work.
Practical areas for growth and self-understanding.
Navigating graduation, college, workforce, moving out, and routine changes.
Planning, task initiation, prioritization, and time awareness.
Clarifying needs, boundaries, and requesting accommodations.
Recognizing early signs of overload and building recovery routines.
Tools for friendship, family, dating, and workplace dynamics.
Supporting independence while reducing conflict and over-scaffolding.

Support for EDS, POTS, and Complex Bodies.
Many neurodivergent individuals also live with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and POTS. Traditional fitness and movement advice often feels inaccessible, unsafe, or simply doesn't account for hypermobility and autonomic dysfunction.
*This is coaching and support — not medical treatment, physical therapy, or diagnosis. I encourage coordination with your medical providers.

Collaborative, paced, and individualized.
Setting realistic, concrete, and meaningful outcomes based on your values.
Breaking massive, looming challenges into small, DOABLE actions with clear start points.
Building sustainable external supports and scaffolding for consistent follow-through.
Learning from what works (and what doesn't) to adjust our strategy over time.
True progress comes from consistency, intentional experimentation, and compassionate adjustment — not pressure, shame, or perfection.

Have questions about the process?
