Personalized Support

Your Path. Your Pace. Your Potential.

Individualized coaching centered on dignity, autonomy, and sustainability for Autistic, ADHD, & AuDHD individuals.

My Approach

Why I Coach...

Support that focuses on real-life application, not just insight.

I’m a neurodivergent advocate, educator, and life coach with over 15 years of experience. As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) adult, I understand the profound gap between theoretical insight and daily implementation. I coach because I know how powerful it is to have support that doesn't just explain "why" things are hard, but builds the specialized systems and confidence needed to move through those challenges in real life.

My background in education allows me to bring a structured, pedagogical approach to coaching. We aren't just talking about your life; we are actively designing the tools, routines, and mental frameworks that respect your neurobiology and support your long-term autonomy.

Coaching may be a right fit if you:

Recently received a diagnosis and are unsure what's next
Feel overwhelmed despite knowing what 'should' help
Struggle with task initiation, planning, or follow-through
Burn out after periods of high productivity
Want to apply therapy insights to real-life situations
Are navigating a major life transition

Role Clarity

Not Therapy

Skills-based and future-focused support.

Coaching is skills-based and future-focused. It is not psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

May Be a Good Fit If:

You want practical tools, are ready to engage in problem-solving, and seek support with skills or routines.

Not a Fit If:

You are seeking diagnosis, treatment, acute clinical support, or are not ready for skills-based work.

Self-understanding & advocacy

Clarifying needs, boundaries, and requesting accommodations.

Expert Specialization

Body-Aware Coaching

Support for EDS, POTS, and Complex Bodies.

Many neurodivergent individuals also live with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and POTS. Traditional fitness and movement advice often feels inaccessible, unsafe, or simply doesn't account for hypermobility and autonomic dysfunction.

What we focus on

  • Joint-respecting strength and long-term stability
  • Gradual, sustainable progression that respects flare-ups
  • Adapting exercises to YOUR body on YOUR specific timeline
  • Tracking capacity and recovery — not just performance metrics
  • Building movement confidence through symptom awareness
How I Support EDS/POTS Clients

*This is coaching and support — not medical treatment, physical therapy, or diagnosis. I encourage coordination with your medical providers.
