Purpose

My Mission

Equipping communities with respect and understanding.

My mission is to equip educators, professionals, and communities with the tools, training, and perspective needed to support neurodivergent individuals with respect, authenticity, and understanding. Through research-based strategies and lived experience, I deliver practical, neurodiversity-affirming professional development that empowers organizations to build inclusive environments. When systems are designed to support neurodivergent people, they become better for everyone.

Background

Expertise & Professionalism

15+ years of dedicated educational experience.

With over 15 years of experience in education and teacher training, I’ve worked across a wide range of learning environments—from middle and high school classrooms to university lecture halls. I’ve taught everything from 6th to 12th grade, career and technology education, and teacher preparation courses. In addition to classroom teaching, I’ve led professional development at the grade level, school level, and district level on topics including classroom management, instructional strategies, content-area pedagogy, and time-saving systems for busy educators. I’ve also presented at more than ten education conferences, many of which have invited me back as a recurring speaker.
